Wow, Tash. 30 days, huh??? I'm just so proud of you. I could see how starting an exercise routine, when all of this has been such a huge change, would feel daunting. Do you like going to classes of any kind? Or can you start with one or two mornings a week of walking and build on it? I feel like I really need cardio classes or I have a really hard time getting myself motivated to exercise at all, but I always feel better even if I just walk 15 minutes or so... Keep on keeping on Tashie! Love you.
Tasha!!! Amazing! I'm so proud of you. Good job. You look great! I like seeing you. It makes me so happy that your doing this. I understand the difficulty waking up to exercise. I'm a night person too. Maybe baby steps will work. Like day one just get up early enough and just sit with a cup of tea. Then perhaps day 3 or your day off, exercise at that time, and start with just 15 minutes with music. And work your way up. But be nice to yourself about it. Tomorrow I'll wake up early to exercise and dedicate it to you sister. You'll be my motivation. You rock!
Tash, you are doing so well! You look different--clearer. And your hair looks cute in this video. When Ben can't walk with me at the beach, I sometimes walk this crazy-steep church hill and listen to episodes of Radiolab or This American Life. I do not want to stop walking at all!
