Congrats Tash! I saw Holly yesterday at SWCC and she told me she was really glad you "broke up" with sugar. She said she did pretty much the same thing when she began her diet years ago-prior to becoming a fitness trainer. She did the Atkins diet which mainly consisted of protien and vegetables. She was really glad to know you are following this 6 wk program.
